What is down time?

Time management is such an important aspect of bodywork and self care. A fellow therapist just reminded me to break larger tasks into smaller chunks. Boy, is it satisfying when the larger task is completed but much frustration can be avoided by approaching the smaller steps with confidence and ease. Sure, some things in life are harder than others. What I’m saying is anyone can do one little thing, like starting, making a subtle change or moving forward with a reasonable step. So can you.
