Are you looking for a massage therapist on your training team? New client amateur athlete? Let’s clarify the purpose of the visit. Is it post-workout soreness, pre-workout warmup or is our session in lieu of working out altogether? Time and rest are healing. Let’s meet for at least an hour intro appointment and reschedule you for shorter visits over the next 6 months to experience maximum benefit.


Do you receive or seek regular massage for pain or as a relaxation stress-buster? Therapeutic massage on a table in the comfort of my home studio includes neck back and foot massage. Shoulders and hip stretches for men of any age body type and fitness level. When you’re satisfied I’ll see you again in 2-8 weeks to keep you on track physically and mentally.
